Account Manager, Retail

About the role

TwelveTwelve is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead retail, beauty and luxury client relationships. You will act as the primary liaison, guiding briefs from concept through production while driving strategic growth and new‑business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage new client briefs through the entire production cycle.
• Handle daily external client communications and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate internal communications with development, creative and production teams.
• Lead project management to meet TwelveTwelve’s response times and client service level agreements.
• Track and cultivate new business activity, providing weekly status updates.
• Nurture long‑term partnerships through meetings, calls and follow‑ups.
• Define tailored client strategies to exceed sales and account targets.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within client supply bases to generate additional revenue.
• Lead RFP and tender submissions, leveraging internal resources for compelling proposals.
• Monitor industry trends and client feedback to keep solutions competitive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a similar account‑management role within retail, beauty or luxury sectors.
• Highly analytical with strong strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
• Creative problem‑solver who works autonomously and tenaciously.
