Account Manager – Remote (US/Canada)

About the role

Sardine, a leading agentic risk platform, is expanding its customer success team to support fraud, payments and compliance products. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of customers, act as their main stakeholder and help them maximize the value of Sardine’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing day‑to‑day issues and strategic opportunities.
• Translate complex product and technology challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with risk analytics, data science and integration teams to address fraud typologies and compliance needs.
• Build, monitor and communicate key performance indicators and strategic analyses to clients.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS.
• Experience with API integration and a strong analytical mindset.
• Excellent presentation and project‑management skills.
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes.
