Account Manager – Puppy Concierge Team

About the role

As an Account Manager on the Puppy Concierge Team, you will guide families through the process of bringing home a new puppy, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience. This remote position focuses on coordinating between customers, licensed breeders, and internal teams while promoting value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison, providing timely updates and clear communication among customers, breeders, and internal departments.
• Coordinate placement details, including health records, transport schedules, and documentation.
• Educate families on optional delivery, training kits, starter packages, and other non‑puppy products.
• Recommend suitable service packages based on each family’s needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Track service quality metrics and deliver results aligned with company standards.
