Account Manager – Pharmaceutical Marketing (Remote US)

About the role

P10 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our pharmaceutical clients and internal delivery teams. The role is fully remote within the United States, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create and execute strategic marketing plans for pharmaceutical brands.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and tactical pull‑through initiatives.
• Identify scope gaps, flag potential issues, and support senior account staff with financial oversight.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites in Pennsylvania as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or another regulated industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering revenue‑generating marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance, including MLR submission processes in the US and/or Canada.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
