Account Manager – Packaging (Michigan Market)

About the role

Millcraft is seeking an Account Manager to lead packaging sales across the Michigan market. You will engage with customers, suppliers and prospects, generating leads through networking, referrals and cold outreach. The role involves delivering tailored product and service solutions across a broad range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients to ensure long‑term partnerships.
• Act as the professional face of Millcraft in all customer interactions, upholding brand image.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal resources, coordinating requirements, specifications, quotes and pricing.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via prospecting, trade shows, networking and social media.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts through daily outreach (phone, email, video, in‑person) and execute cold‑calling campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM and track leads, opportunities and activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and quotations using D365, Power BI and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within packaging, paper or related industries.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
