Account Manager – Mining Datacenter & Seal Miner

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a hunter‑focused Account Manager to manage client relationships for its Seal Miner products and mining datacenters. The role combines prospecting, strategic planning, and full‑cycle sales to drive growth in the cryptocurrency mining sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with institutions, mining companies and individual clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and onboard new clients.
• Oversee mining operation projects, coordinating with technical teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor account performance, prepare detailed reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on crypto‑mining trends, blockchain technology and competitor activities to provide strategic advice.
• Address client concerns promptly and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in account or project management, preferably in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and crypto‑mining processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving industry.
