Account Manager – Central Queue (French Speaking)

About the role

OpenTable is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to lead its Central Queue segment. You will work remotely with restaurant partners, helping them integrate OpenTable into daily operations, increase reservation availability, and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall management of the most valuable restaurant customer segment.
• Resolve daily customer cases and tasks.
• Share performance data with restaurants to drive behavior change and adoption.
• Engage partners to increase reservation availability on the OpenTable platform.
• Respond to partner concerns raised by Customer Support and field teams.
• Deliver remote presentations and training sessions.
• Encourage partners to adopt new business perspectives for mutual success.
• Consistently meet and exceed team and individual goals.
• Contribute to a measurable reduction in customer churn.

Required profile

• Proven account management or consultative selling experience.
• Deep knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Self‑motivated with ability to perform under pressure and meet bold deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills that can reframe partner thinking.
• Aptitude for using data to advise and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication, listening, influencing and training abilities.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English.
