Account Development Specialist – Tito’s

About the role

The Account Development Specialist drives revenue and market share for the Tito’s portfolio within an assigned account base, focusing on increasing share and velocity through brand activations and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and deliver revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio, spending 80% of time in market.
• Research trends and present new products, conducting monthly business reviews.
• Plan high‑end consumer activations and develop merchandising objectives for each account.
• Lead, organize, and report market insights and field intel for the territory.
• Collaborate with on‑premise and retail sales teams to create creative growth solutions.
• Develop and deliver training modules for sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and participate in supplier sales calls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of sales or category‑specific experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office and presentation software.

Required skills

• CSS Certification or WSET Spirits Level 2 (or equivalent category certifications).
• Specialized knowledge of spirits, wine, or beer categories.
• Analytic and reporting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diplomacy and discretion.
