Account Development Specialist – On‑Premise Fine Wine

About the role

The Account Development Specialist for On‑Premise Fine Wine will act as the strategic sales leader for a portfolio of premium wine brands, driving market share and brand velocity within on‑premise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to key decision‑makers, delivering innovative sales strategies and consumer‑focused activations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned fine‑wine portfolio across on‑premise accounts, spending the majority of time in the market.
• Research category trends and present new products, conducting monthly business reviews with key accounts.
• Collaborate with Trade Development and Sales Management to accelerate new brand launches.
• Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations and promotional events to elevate brand awareness.
• Provide real‑time market insights and develop training modules for sales teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with on‑premise and retail sales teams to create creative solutions that drive growth.

Required profile

• Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Strong knowledge of the beverage category, especially fine‑wine trends.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to spend up to 80% of working time in the field.
