About the role
Prep Academy Tutors is seeking energetic and enthusiastic educators to provide in‑home academic support to K‑12 students in Downtown Manhattan. You will tailor tutoring sessions to each student’s needs, helping them master state curriculum material and achieve their learning goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide academic support aligned with the state curriculum.
- Create supplemental assignments to deepen understanding.
- Deliver remedial and enrichment assistance as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress.
- Customize tutoring approaches to individual learning styles.
