3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a 3PL Fulfillment Operations Manager in Dallas, TX to own end‑to‑end warehouse and fulfillment performance across our third‑party logistics network. The role is responsible for driving improvements in speed, accuracy and cost efficiency while building scalable processes and strong partnerships with carriers, vendors and internal teams. Quince is a technology‑focused direct‑to‑consumer brand that leverages AI, analytics and automation to deliver high‑quality essentials at low cost. The manager will ensure operational excellence from inbound receiving through outbound delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations with domestic 3PL partners, ensuring timely and accurate order processing across all channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on‑time shipping, and delivery performance.
• Optimize outbound fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, carrier selection, shipping speed, and cost efficiency.
