2nd Shift Supervisor

About the role

The 2nd Shift Supervisor is a hands‑on leadership position reporting to the Operations Manager. You will oversee daily production activities on the second shift, ensuring smooth operations, product quality, and safety compliance in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coach 2nd‑shift staff, manage performance and discipline in partnership with HR.
• Maintain employee timecards and oversee shift‑end cleanup.
• Set up, change over, adjust, and run production equipment to meet pouching rates.
• Perform quality control checks, lot control, and cycle counting as required.
• Operate hi‑lo and other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Record production data (downtime, counts, yields) and enter it into the ERP system (Factory Track).
• Support data integrity in ERP, train team members on ERP tasks, and coordinate with QC, Shipping, and Procurement.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of weight measurements (grams, ounces, pounds) for liquids and powders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy with experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to train and support team members on ERP functions.
• Excellent time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
