2nd Shift Production Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

As part of Gerber Products Company, a Nestlé Nutrition brand, the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor provides tactical direction and support for a production team, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment and continuous improvement. The role can be on the 2nd or 3rd shift and is responsible for meeting plant objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency, product flow, reduce loss and increase yield.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality procedures, GMP, HACCP, NQS, SSOP and FTQ.
• Achieve safety and productivity goals while managing controllable labor and material costs.
• Lead, train and coach associates, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Drive continuous improvement using Nestlé Continuous Excellence tools and support plant KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong computer skills, problem‑solving ability and coaching experience.
• Exposure to digital manufacturing tools such as POKA is a plus.
• Superior verbal and written communication, leadership and planning skills.
