About the role

We are seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator to run our HDPE molding equipment. You will produce high‑quality plastic parts while adhering to customer specifications and company safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Set and adjust machine controls, including temperature, pressure, plastic volume, and cycle time.
Monitor production runs to ensure part quality and meet shift throughput targets.
Follow all safety and break policies, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Maintain a clean work area and practice good housekeeping.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to ask for help when needed and to complete assignments within prescribed routines.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and work under production pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Knowledge of plastic (HDPE) molding procedures
