Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans that meet school standards and student needs.
• Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and relevant technology to support differentiated instruction.
• Conduct tutoring sessions, home visits, and mentor student clubs.
• Manage classroom behavior with clear, consistent expectations.
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and grading.
• Participate in department, school, district, and parent meetings.
• Engage in after‑hours events such as student celebrations and parent meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Commitment to Harmony Public Schools’ mission, vision, and values.
• Ability to inspire a love of learning and support self‑directed, collaborative students.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, families, and staff.
