About the role
The University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton seeks a 12‑month, non‑tenure faculty member to teach Registered Nursing courses. The RN Instructor will report to the Dean of STEM & Nursing and the RN Program Director, delivering high‑quality classroom instruction and student support.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct assigned nursing classes, ensuring full attendance for each scheduled period.
- Maintain office hours and be available to students, contributing to a minimum of 40 work hours per week on campus.
- Serve as academic advisor for assigned students, assisting with class schedules and course planning.
- Collaborate with the RN Program Director on curriculum development and program improvement.
Required profile
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Commitment to a 12‑month, non‑tenure faculty appointment.
