1:1 Registered Nurse – Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private‑duty assignments in Union City. You will provide one‑on‑one, high‑quality care to clients in their homes, enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home near you on a schedule you choose and deliver personalized nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, monitor conditions, and record observations and interventions.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise and follow up on care plans.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current NJ nursing license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems, specifically Statewise.
• Ability to perform assessments, document care, and follow physicians’ orders accurately.

What we offer

• Hourly pay $35‑$45 (training rate $30/hr) with weekly pay every Thursday.
• Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time or per‑diem with no minimum hours.
