1099 Window Installer

About the role

Renuity, through its Mad City Windows brand, is seeking experienced 1099 Window Installers to join a growing network of home‑improvement professionals. This contract position offers year‑round work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to earn a high income while delivering quality window installations to homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Install windows and related home‑remodeling products following Mad City standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each application.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at the end of the installation.
• Treat homeowners and their property with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Familiarity with residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• Valid General Contractor (GC) license.
• Established LLC or business with workers’ compensation and liability insurance.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
