About the role
Renuity is seeking a 1099 Master Plumber to join its Rite Window team and deliver high‑quality plumbing installations across the field. This contract position offers year‑round work and the potential to earn $200k‑$250k annually.
Key responsibilities
- Remove and install new shower valves and replace drain traps.
- Run 2" pipe to stack (if possible) replacing 1½" pipe and connect drains to shower bases or WIB.
- Close permits and manage rough and final inspections.
Required profile
- Master Plumbing License in Vermont.
- Established LLC or business with General Liability insurance.
- Own cargo van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer.
Required skills
- Shower valve installation.
- Drain trap replacement.
- Pipe installation and modification.
