Workforce Planning Consultant – Senior Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Workforce Planning practice within the Organization & Talent team. In this role you will partner with clients to design and implement strategic workforce and talent solutions that align with business objectives, improve employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives that support client business goals.
• Analyze workforce trends and develop talent acquisition, development, and retention programs.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize workforce strategies and enhance employee engagement.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Guide and coach teams through complex, ambiguous situations.
• Craft clear, impactful communications that convey a holistic story.
• Validate outcomes with clients and refine strategies based on feedback.
• Model professional and technical standards across the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong influence and leadership skills in human‑resource planning.
• Ability to think systemically and identify strategic opportunities.
