Workflow & Training Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Workflow & Training Associate to join our rapidly growing Practice Integration team. This hybrid position blends training delivery with workflow design, supporting both new and existing markets as we expand our physician enablement platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑live training to providers, clinical and administrative staff, focusing on efficiency, delegation, and population health initiatives.
• Lead onsite and virtual training events for market implementations.
• Communicate and teach Privia’s best practices and act as a subject‑matter expert for the technology platform.
• Assist in developing web‑based eLearnings and maintaining a knowledge library.
• Conduct training sessions for key stakeholders and end users.
• Help redesign the national training program and create KPI reports to highlight performance insights.
• Create and maintain athenaOne best‑practice guides and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–3 years of experience in an ambulatory EHR environment.
• Knowledge of athenahealth’s suite of tools preferred.
• Previous healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Tech‑savvy and able to comply with HIPAA regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with athenahealth suite.
• Familiarity with ambulatory EHR systems.
• Ability to create and analyze KPI reports.
• eLearning content development.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance.

What we offer

• Base salary $55,000–$65,000 per year.
• Annual bonus targeted at 10%.
