About the role
CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a Clinical Team Leader to guide and support Care Advocates while assisting the Clinical Management Team. The role involves telephonic assessments, case management, and providing clinical guidance to participants in the employee assistance program.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the EAP call center, including queue management, productivity tracking, quality assurance, documentation, and staff scheduling.
- Provide coaching, consultation, and guidance to Care Advocates.
- Collaborate with Clinical Management and Client Services to resolve complex service inquiries.
- Conduct quality assurance activities such as call monitoring, documentation review, and case audits.
- Communicate with plan sponsors regarding EAP/MHSA service delivery.
- Assist in training new Care Advocates and deliver ongoing trainings on new services, products, and accounts.
- Deliver assessment, consultation, and referral services to employees/members via telephone and other access points.
- Perform timely follow‑up with members, plan sponsors, and providers to coordinate resources and evaluate service impact.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
Required profile
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental‑health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy).
- Minimum five years of post‑graduate clinical experience.
- Independent clinical state license (e.g., LCPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Previous supervisory or management experience, or at least one year of Care Advocate experience.
- Strong communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
