About the role

Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is seeking a lateral or associate attorney with at least two years of experience in Workers’ Compensation to join its Dayton office. This full‑time position offers a collaborative environment with strong support staff and some flexibility to work from home as needed.

Key responsibilities

Handle Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in litigation and hearings.
Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Required profile

Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
Outgoing personality with strong client interaction skills.
