About the role
The University of Arkansas System is seeking a Workday Sr. Finance Business Analyst to join its Finance/Procurement Workday Support Services team. Reporting to the Finance/Procurement Lead, you will support multiple Finance modules in Workday, driving functional and technical project activities across campus resources.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise for Workday Finance and Procurement modules.
- Configure Workday functionality to meet business requirements.
- Document requirements, design solutions, and create configuration specifications.
- Conduct testing, support issue resolution, and ensure successful deployment.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and training to campus stakeholders and peers.
- Collaborate with project teams to prioritize enhancements and resolve gaps.
Required profile
- Several years of experience working with Workday Finance/Procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with campus users and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
