About the role
The University of Arkansas System is seeking a Workday Security Lead to join its Technical Team. In this senior‑level position you will be responsible for safeguarding access to the Workday platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the system.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a collaborative Workday Security team, including planning office hours, working groups and implementation activities.
- Design, configure and maintain security roles, domains and policies to protect Workday data.
- Research, triage and resolve security‑related issues and incidents.
- Manage the Workday Security Analyst, overseeing configuration, issue resolution and ongoing maintenance of security settings.
Required profile
- Proven experience with Workday security configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of role‑based access control, domain security and policy management within Workday.
- Ability to lead a technical team and coordinate cross‑functional security initiatives.
