Window Installer (1099 Contractor)

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced window installers to join its Mad City Windows brand on a 1099 contract basis. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure each homeowner is satisfied with the final result.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work, including caulking, metal bending, and window wrapping as needed.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at the end of each project.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Established LLC or business with EIN, general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Own a cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of residential replacement windows.
• Ability to bend metal, wrap windows, and caulk effectively.
• Carpentry and general construction proficiency.
