Western Washington Market Lead

About the role

The Western Washington Market Lead will establish, grow, and lead Horrocks’ transportation services across the Seattle/Puget Sound area. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines strategic direction, financial oversight, and talent development to expand the Horrocks brand and revenue in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic plan for Horrocks’ Western Washington operations in alignment with corporate vision.
• Drive business growth, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Optimize utilization and billability of technical teams and manage business‑development investments.
• Oversee fiscal performance, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue, EBITDA, and net service revenue targets.
• Lead hiring, organizational health, employee development, and other talent‑related metrics.
• Collaborate with Horrocks Business Lines, Business Development, and Marketing to grow the brand, backlog, and revenue.
• Identify and integrate M&A opportunities that support regional growth.
• Leverage executive presence to align, motivate, and inform staff across the area.

Required profile

• Well‑connected professional with strong relationships in the Western Washington market.
• Proven track record of winning transportation work and building high‑performing teams.
• Experience delivering projects while remaining engaged in project delivery.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex financial metrics.
