Webflow Designer (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role

Huzzle connects sales professionals with remote jobs, and its client is a fast-growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency that builds websites and marketing campaigns for Home Services and Healthcare companies. The agency is hiring an experienced Webflow Designer to design and build conversion-focused websites from scratch, create marketing assets and build scalable design systems. The engagement is independent contractor, part-time to start (about 20 hours), fully remote with US Central Time overlap.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites from scratch using Webflow
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes and UI designs in Figma
• Build landing pages, ad creatives, email newsletters and social media graphics
• Build and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, style guides, brand systems)
• Work with account managers to understand client goals and deliver on time
• Implement and maintain Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow
• Ensure designs meet high standards for responsiveness, usability and conversion performance

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Webflow design and development
• Proven experience building scalable design systems
• Experience creating digital marketing assets (ads, emails, social graphics)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work U.S. Central Time

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
• Strong expertise in Webflow CMS, animations and responsive design
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, spacing, color theory and visual hierarchy
• Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS, advanced Webflow animations, CRO or A/B testing experience, and experience with Home Services or Healthcare brands
