Web Engineer (Full-Time)

About the role

Atlas is looking for a Web Engineer to own and evolve the core customer‑facing web experience of its premium charge card platform. You will work across the stack to deliver fast, intuitive, and high‑quality interfaces that integrate tightly with backend APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship new features from concept to production for the Atlas web product.
• Maintain and improve performance, polish, and overall craftsmanship of the frontend.
• Collaborate directly with API and backend teams to deliver real‑time, reliable user experiences.
• Simplify complex workflows into clean, user‑first interfaces.
• Continuously raise the standard of frontend architecture and developer tooling.

Required profile

• Strong product sense with an eye for detail and user experience.
• High ownership mindset; able to see problems end‑to‑end.
• Fast decision‑making balanced with good judgment on when to dive deep.
• Clear, direct communication and ability to align cross‑functional teams.
• Low ego, high standards, and comfort working in ambiguous, 0‑to‑1 environments.
• Collaborative attitude working closely with product, design, and engineering.
