Web Developer & SEO Specialist (Austin, TX)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Developer with strong SEO expertise to own and shape our digital presence from the ground up. Based in Austin, you will work in a fast‑growing technology company, collaborating across web development, SEO, digital marketing and application development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise company websites using WordPress, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience.
• Drive the SEO strategy through technical SEO, keyword research, backlink building, analytics and content optimisation.
• Create and optimise landing pages, improve UX/UI, and manage website performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, PPC initiatives and lead generation.
• Analyse website metrics and provide actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
• Strong front‑end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and responsive design.
• Hands‑on experience implementing SEO strategies and using analytics tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced startup environment.
