Web Developer

About the role

The Web Developer designs, codes, and maintains responsive websites and web applications that meet business requirements. Working closely with designers, content creators, and IT team members, the role ensures solutions are visually appealing, user‑friendly, secure, and performance‑optimized.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy responsive sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Maintain and update existing applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and functionality.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to implement intuitive web interfaces.
• Optimize sites for speed, scalability, and SEO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and application issues.
• Integrate third‑party systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure compliance with web standards, WCAG accessibility guidelines, and security best practices.
• Document code, processes, and workflows for team continuity.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of professional web development experience, covering both front‑end and back‑end work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee).

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
