Water/Wastewater Project Manager

We're looking for a Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Knoxville, TN to join the HMB team! Key responsibilities

• Manage planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects such as pipelines, pumping stations, storage facilities, and treatment plants.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and scopes, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Review technical designs for quality, constructability, and code compliance; lead feasibility studies and infrastructure planning.
• Develop and manage contracts, procurement processes, and related administration activities.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering and registration as a licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years of experience delivering public water resources infrastructure projects, with demonstrated project and client management.
• Ability to guide junior staff and contribute to design and detailing of multi‑discipline water/wastewater projects.
