About the role
We are looking for a Wastewater Treatment Project Manager who will lead the delivery of high‑quality wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through commissioning. The role combines technical expertise in treatment processes with project leadership to create lasting improvements for the communities we serve.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of new facilities, expansions, and upgrades.
- Lead process evaluation and design for primary, secondary, and tertiary systems, including biological nutrient removal.
- Evaluate and optimize treatment technologies such as activated sludge, MBR, SBR, trickling filters, and advanced systems.
- Oversee process modeling, mass‑balance analyses, and capacity studies.
- Develop solutions for biosolids treatment, digestion, and dewatering.
- Control project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
- Prepare and present technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction‑phase services including submittal review, RFIs, field inspections, and startup/commissioning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design and process engineering.
- Strong background in municipal wastewater treatment and nutrient removal.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- GPS‑X (or similar process modeling tools)
