Warehouse Technician – Brier Hill, PA

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join its Brier Hill, PA facility. The role focuses on the timely and accurate shipment, receipt, and distribution of materials while supporting the mining business area.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the warehouse location system.
• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory.
• Prepare export documentation as required.
• Maintain shipping supplies inventory and arrange shipping/transport.
• Accept or reject vendor inventory transactions.
• Build relationships with workshop teams and internal/external customers.
• Participate in on‑call customer service and expedite urgent orders.
• Identify and report unsafe work habits, incidents, or near misses.
• Audit goods received and oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Prepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving to control flow and space utilization.
• Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lb.
• Willingness to work onsite in a union‑affiliated environment.
