Warehouse Team Lead (2nd Shift)

About the role

Lead the 2nd shift warehouse team at Bosch Power Tools, ensuring safe, productive operations across inbound, internal processing, and outbound activities. Provide front‑line leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring to meet daily goals.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks and coach hourly associates.
• Track process deviations and KPI results; update Continuous Improvement Process boards.
• Use KPI data and BPS problem‑solving tools to resolve issues and improve work.
• Audit 5S activities to keep work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance; escalate issues promptly.
• Lead daily operations in the Supervisor’s absence and act as Supervisor Proxy in meetings.
• Support Q‑Matrix by maintaining training records and printing as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED required; technical/vocational education preferred.
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and ability to coach and hold associates accountable.
• Strong teamwork, problem‑solving, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Copilot).
• Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and measuring equipment skills.
