Warehouse Lead – Fairburn, GA

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our Performance Team in Fairburn, GA. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, and supporting our strategic logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse employees.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and shipping requests to determine item movement.
• Transport materials from receiving or production areas to designated storage locations.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predefined sequences.
• Fulfill requisitions and distribute tools or stock to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize, and move them to packing or shipping stations.
• Label materials and record receipt and distribution quantities.
• Weigh or count items to ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
