Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage a team of associates, and ensure smooth operations at our distribution center. This role acts as a bridge between internal departments, customers and suppliers to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Communicate with the TS department and promptly report system or mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with customer and supplier teams to meet service requirements.
• Enforce company policies, maintain time‑keeping records and assist with paperwork.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify productivity improvements.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff.
• Ensure errors are corrected quickly to keep workflow uninterrupted.
• Operate and support equipment across multiple warehouse levels as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Strong attendance, confidentiality and ability to work unsupervised for half the day.
• Ability to lift ~60 lb, work at varying temperatures and heights, and navigate stairs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Red Prairie and SAP software.
• Experience operating RF hand‑held scanners and hand‑held printers.
• Basic PC skills and ability to learn new warehouse management systems.
