Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Warehouse Associate in Summerville, where you will support daily material flow for a leading technology company. You will operate powered industrial trucks, use handheld RF scanners, and ensure safe, accurate handling of shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, sit‑down) to move materials.
• Use handheld RF scanners for inventory tracking and order verification.
• Prepare parts and materials for shipment, verify quantities, pack, and load trucks.
• Receive inbound shipments, unload trucks, inspect for completeness and damage, and record paperwork.
• Maintain a clean, organized storage area and participate in 6S initiatives.
• Apply good judgment to follow instructions, avoid damage to equipment, materials, and ensure safety.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Operation of powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, sit‑down).
• Use of handheld RF scanning devices.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
