About the role
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Richardson, TX. The role combines frontline customer service at the Will‑Call counter with order fulfillment, stock organization, and delivery of products to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service at the Will‑Call counter, entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts.
- Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost‑effectively.
- Organize stock and maintain location data in the computer system.
- Drive a company‑owned truck to deliver orders to customers and load/unload deliveries.
- Maintain excellent customer service interactions throughout all activities.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, business, or physical distribution.
- Driving and delivery experience with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Knowledge of PVC fittings or the plumbing industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
