Warehouse Associate Lead

About the role

The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for overseeing manual warehouse operations such as unloading, picking, and packing. This position ensures that daily tasks are performed efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates in daily unloading, picking, and packing activities.
• Coordinate the flow of goods to meet shipment schedules and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
• Assist in training new associates on standard operating procedures.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience in warehouse environments, preferably in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
