Warehouse Associate Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate Lead to join our 2nd‑shift team (2:30 PM‑11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday) in Garden City, GA. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring material flow, order accuracy, and a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct a group of 10+ warehouse employees, motivating and guiding them to meet production goals.
• Receive, store, sort, and distribute materials according to production schedules, work orders, and shipping instructions.
• Assemble customer orders, place items on pallets, and move orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Label, record, weigh, and count inventory to maintain accurate stock records.
• Communicate any problems or potential issues to the department supervisor promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑3 months of related warehouse experience or on‑the‑job training.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
