Warehouse Associate

About the role

Works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, focusing on worker safety while supporting daily warehouse operations. The associate ensures shipments match packing lists, monitors financial standards, and assists with inventory at satellite facilities. Additional duties include driving a 16‑foot box truck, cleaning, organizing, and moving doors and pans within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet financial standards.
• Verify that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Support inventory management and operations at satellite warehouse locations.
• Operate a 16‑foot box truck to deliver items to satellite sites as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including moving doors and pans.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to complete forklift training safely.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and experience driving a box truck.
• Proficiency with warehouse software packages and Microsoft Office.
