Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to work as Corrugated Cardboard Recyclers in a permanent, full‑time capacity. The role involves handling cardboard gondolas, keeping the warehouse clean, and supporting the efficient flow of materials across multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport filled gondolas to designated compactors or balers and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain clear, debris‑free aisles and work areas by sweeping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Ensure “Green Mile” walkways remain unobstructed for safe traffic flow.
• Organize and tidy baler/compactor zones to sustain order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 75 lb with a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lb repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, stretching, and reaching above and below waist level.
• Stamina to stand and walk for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work varied day or night shifts, including weekends.
