Warehouse Associate II (2nd Shift)

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis as a Warehouse Associate II on the 2nd shift. You will support inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations, primarily operating Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to keep material flow efficient and orders accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners to perform stocking and put‑away tasks.
• Receive products from dock drop‑offs and place items into designated pick locations.
• Assist in split‑case, blue‑bin staging, and RF put‑back zones as needed.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Operate PIT equipment such as walkie riders after training and certification.
• Follow safety protocols, SOPs, and maintain reliable attendance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational education preferred.
• Special license or PIT certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly (up to 75 lb with assistance) and stand, walk, bend for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as business demands.

Required skills

• Proficient use of computer terminals and RF scanning devices.
• Operation of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment (walkie rider, forklift, etc.).
• Basic math, reading, writing, and ability to use measuring equipment.
