Warehouse and Logistics Manager – North America

About the role

Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization needs a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to run day‑to‑day operations across its North American sites. Reporting to the Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead, you will oversee inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting and outbound shipments for both Anthropic‑owned warehouses and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across North America, including receiving, inspection, put‑away, storage, cycle counting, kitting and outbound fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset tracking for compute hardware, spares and consumables, ensuring clear chain of custody.
• Plan and execute domestic freight, coordinate international shipments, select carriers and resolve delays, damage or shortages.
• Manage third‑party logistics providers, carriers and freight forwarders, handling onboarding, service‑level tracking, performance reviews and cost control.
• Coordinate with data‑center operations, hardware engineering, procurement and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines.
• Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs and end‑of‑life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing warehouse and logistics operations in a fast‑growing technical environment.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and communicating clearly with engineers and vendors.
• High attention to accuracy and chain of custody for high‑value, security‑sensitive equipment.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
