About the role

This senior leadership position drives growth and strategy for pharmacy consulting services in a fully remote environment. The VP, Pharmacy Consulting combines deep clinical expertise with commercial acumen to shape market impact and lead high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy, including revenue expansion, pricing models, and new product development.
• Act as a player‑coach by participating in sales cycles, leading finalist presentations, and providing clinical and commercial expertise to clients.
• Own P&L responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth, strong margins, and high‑quality standards.
• Develop long‑term talent, analytics, service delivery, and market positioning strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with analytics, operations, communications, and business development teams.
• Maintain clinical accuracy, compliance, and rigor across all deliverables and recommendations.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader on pharmacy trends, PBM strategy, specialty pharmacy, and cost containment.
• Strengthen partnerships with clients, PBMs, carriers, and industry stakeholders to drive growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in pharmacy consulting, PBM strategy, clinical pharmacy, or healthcare advisory leadership.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with P&L ownership and strategic business management.
• PharmD preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
