VP of Product

About the role

SewerAI is transforming underground infrastructure management through AI‑powered inspection and risk analysis. After doubling its customer base in the past year, the company is entering an accelerated growth phase and needs a senior product leader to shape its roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company goals, customer needs, and market signals into clear product direction.
• Build and run a repeatable customer evidence engine (interviews, win/loss, usage signals, sales feedback) to inform roadmap decisions.
• Lead and develop the product management team, establishing lightweight planning rhythms and partnering with engineering for predictable delivery.
• Champion strong UX across the portfolio, embedding design early and ensuring AI‑enabled workflows feel intuitive.
• Identify high‑value AI opportunities, drive responsible experimentation, and tie initiatives to measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Serve as a credible partner to Sales, CS, Marketing, Engineering and founders, strengthening product enablement and bringing commercial fluency to decisions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS leadership.
• Proven track record scaling product organizations in high‑growth, workflow‑heavy markets (e.g., vertical SaaS, infrastructure tech).
• Strong design judgment and experience collaborating with design teams.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled products or AI‑augmented workflows.
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial fluency across pipeline, retention, expansion and GTM strategy.
