About the role

The Vice President, HR Business Partner – Brands is the strategic HR leader for Victoria’s Secret, PINK, and Beauty lines. Reporting to the brand presidents, the role ensures each brand has the right leadership, talent, structure, and culture to drive performance and growth across merchandising, design, sourcing, planning, marketing and other cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior brand leaders, shaping people and organizational solutions that support business strategy.
• Translate business priorities into talent, organization, and workforce strategies that enable growth.
• Influence leadership decisions on talent, succession, and organizational design.
• Foster collaboration across functions to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Assess organizational health, effectiveness, and operating models; partner with leaders to improve performance and accountability.
• Guide organization‑design and operating‑model decisions that support brand objectives.
• Provide counsel on talent planning, leadership effectiveness, change management, and team performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with C‑level executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Expertise in talent planning, succession, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong track record of driving organizational effectiveness and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
