VP B2B Marketing

About the role

Epidemic Sound is seeking a visionary VP of B2B Marketing to lead and accelerate its B2B marketing engine. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape an integrated go‑to‑market strategy that aligns tightly with business priorities and the needs of enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Increase lead quality across multiple channels and drive consistent pipeline growth.
• Optimize the full B2B sales motion, including tech‑stack, events, and marketing assets.
• Design and scale a full‑funnel B2B marketing strategy across offline and online platforms.
• Reposition Epidemic Sound’s brand voice and narrative for business buyers.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to boost product adoption.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performance marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B marketing engines across channels.
• Strong analytical rigor with a track record of defining KPIs and measuring impact.
• Experience leading and developing marketing professionals.
• Ability to translate technical updates into compelling adoption narratives.
• Background in repositioning brands or launching B2B functions within B2C‑native companies.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and scalable infrastructure.
