Visual Assistant

About the role

The Visual Assistant supports the store’s Visual Merchandiser in delivering a compelling visual experience for customers at Kith’s Soho men’s store. Working closely with store managers, you will help maintain brand standards, drive sales through visual storytelling, and ensure new product releases are presented flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize store layout and space based on SKU management.
• Conceptualize fresh visual ideas and assist with daily/weekly floor moves.
• Prepare and install window displays, product releases, and seasonal installations.
• Receive and organize new and replenishment merchandise.
• Communicate visual needs and opportunities to the Visual Merchandiser and store management.
• Support housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and trash collection.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory‑related tasks.
• Travel to other stores when required.

Required profile

• 6+ months experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a customer‑facing role.
• Open and flexible availability, including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and special project days.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand and walk for long periods, and use ladders or step stools.
• Keen eye for detail, creative mindset, reliability, and goal‑orientation.

Required skills

• Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and delegation skills.
